William Dulany Admitted To Bar As Court Term Begins

A young Sykesville attorney was admitted to the Bar Association of Carroll County on Monday, Feb. 8, at the opening session of the February term of the Circuit Court in Westminster.

William B. Dulany, son of Mr. and Mrs. W. W. Dulany of Sykesville, was presented to the court by Attorney Ralph G. Hoffman. Chief Judge James E. Boylan, Jr., presiding, directed that Attorney Dulany be admitted as a member of the county bar.

A graduate of Sykesville High School and the University of Maryland Law School, Mr. Dulany passed the State tests and was admitted to the Maryland Bar in 1952.  He is also a member of the Baltimore City and American Bar Associations.

For the past six years, he has been associated with the law firm of Baldwin. Jarmine and Norris, Baltimore. With his wife and two children, he recently moved to East Main Street, Westminster.
